Clayton Saylor

Clayton Saylor, 75, of Harlan, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2013 at the Claiborne County Hospital. He was born in Beverly, KY on August 1, 1938 the son of the late William Saylor and Carrie Brock Saylor Sullivan. Clayton was a member of Grace Baptist Church and had been a welder for US Steel for many years. He had served in the United States Navy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Saylor. Survivors include his children and their spouses, Tina and Ricky Turner, Theresa and Mark Smith, doug and Mary Saylor, Christel and Anthony Dempsey; grandchildren, Joey Figeley, Melissa Figeley, Allyson Smith, Aaron Leath, Deanna Leath, Leann Turner, Blake Saylor Mariah Saylor, Bridget Dempsey; great-grandchildren, Steven leath, Landon Smith, Aubrey Sturgill, Colby Figeley, Olivia Figeley, Dallas Lee, Aalyiah Hoskins and Ashlyn North; and a host of other relatives and friends.
