Clarasee Viola Smith Bracken

Clarasee Viola Smith Bracken, 76, of Stoney Fork, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2015 at the Mountain View Nursing and Rehab. She was born in Middlesboro on July 27, 1939 a daughter of the late Robert Houston and Lizzie McVey Smith. Clarasee had been a Paint Supervisor at Magnavox. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by twin brothers, Curtis and Odell Smith. Survivors include her children, Brenda Schinner; William Michael Bracken and Kimberly Dawn Locke; grandchildren, Alexis; Adrianna and Casey; brothers and sisters, James Smith, Bobby Smith, Ira Smith, Mildred Berry, Jewell Ashley and Lula Baker and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Harrogate with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5until 9 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Bracken Family.
