Charlie Joe Clement, age 75, passed away Monday, December 27, 2010, at Baltimore Washington Medical Center in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Born in Claiborne, Co., TN May 29, 1935, son of the late James N. and Willie Ruby Bunch Clement. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife: Gladys Jones Clement, and sister: Nannie Lou Clement. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, James H. and Lisa Clement, Crofton, Md.; granddaughters, Emma and Darcy Clement, Crofton, Md., and other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends from 1-3 PM Saturday, January, 29 at the Reece Funeral Home and Valley Chapel followed by a memorial service at the Shoffner Cemetery with Rev.
