Charles Wayne Shepherd

Charles Wayne Shepherd, 74, of Pineville, Ky, passed away on August 11, 2018 at his home. Born in Inman, VA, son of the late Marvin and Ruby (Marcus) Shepherd. In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by his first wife Charlene (Hammitte) Shepherd and his siblings Betty, Helen, Bud, Sammy, and Roger. He is survived by his wife of 38 years Faye (Jackson) Shepherd, children Leah (Bill) Foucart, Chuck (Cathy) Shepherd, Lonnie Shepherd, Sandy Nierman, Danny (Heather) Shepherd, William Shepherd, and Brad Shepherd, 14 grandchildren Shelby, Ray, Charlene, Kelsey, Josie, Travis, Abby, Alexandra, Connor, Katilyn, Shane, Samantha, Danny, and Sean. Formerly of Berkley, MI, Charles was a former owner of Dunkin Donuts in Clawson MI. He enjoyed operating his cattle farm, reading, and spending time with his dog, Scud. Charles will be sorely missed by his family and close friends, John Hunley and Henry Gray Jr. Private services were held.
