Charles Franklin 'Frank' Greene, age 52, of Tazewell, Tn., formerly of Lafayette, Ind., passed away July 19, 2006 in Hagerstown, Maryland. He was born July 9, 1954 in Middlesboro, Ky. He was a graduate of Jefferson High School, and the Ivy Technical State Collage. A member of the Victory Assembly of God Church. A Veteran of the U. S. Navy. He worked for Pemberton Truck lines for 5 years and had worked for Service Transport in Lafayette, Ind. with 10 years of service. He loved NASCAR races and at an early age worked at the Indianapolis 500 racetrack. He married Carol McBain, March 3, 1996, in Sawyer Mich.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles A. Greene; brother, James Earnest Greene; and grandson, David Mark McBain.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 27, 2006, at Victory Assembly of God Church in New Tazewell, with Pastor Michael Vandergriff and Brother Joe Blasco officiating.

Music by Tina Mc Bain -Wakine, Carol Poore, J.R. Byrd and Brother Michael Vandergriff.

Burial in the Harrogate Cemetery.
