Charles David Adkins

Charles David Adkins, 62 of Middlesboro, passed away on December 23, 2021 at Middlesboro ARH. He was born in Morristown, Tennessee on August 31, 1959, a son of Patsy Pricilla Parker Snyder and the late George Ronald Adkins. He was of the Baptist Faith and had been self-employed working in construction. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brothers and sister, Timothy Mark Adkins, Heather Leah Kohlhepp, and Will Steven Kohlhepp. Charles is survived by his children, Pam Adkins, Nickie Adkins and Lorean Perdue and husband, Joe; grandchildren, Emily Perdue, Jacob Perdue and Kimber Perdue; brother Jeff Adkins (Kim Hubick) and Willow Kohlhepp Greene (Phillip); nephew and niece, Ronnie Adkins and McKinley Adkins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
