Cecil Dorton Hurley

Cecil Dorton Hurley, 91, of Pineville, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016 at the Pineville Community Hospital. He was born in Waynesburg, KY on April 23, 1925 a son of the late Hascue and Myrtle Miracle Hurley. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Pineville and had been the Parts Manager for Rowland Chevrolet for many years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Gail Mills and Debra Hurley , brothers and sisters, Edward Hurley, Evelyn Harp, Hascue Hurley, Jr., Audrey Hurley and Alberta Baker. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Jean Rowland Hurley and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be on Wednesday at 7:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ron Howard and Rev. Hubert Baker. Music will be by Angie Saylor. Burial will be in the Pineville Memorial Cemetery with Paul Wilder, Jobie Collett, Bill Barlow, Billy Dye, Adam Saylor and Hascue Hurley serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville which is honored to serve the Hurley family.
