Survivors, husband, Tipton J. Smith, Cleveland, TN; daughters, Kimberly Smith (& Larry Blackwell), Ooltewah, TN., Kalya Ejims (& John), West Warwick, RI; sister, Mary Cleta Forsythe, MS; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
