Carlo Jones

Carlo Edward Jones, 69 of Middlesboro, passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at his home. He was born on July 27, 1942 at Straight Creek and was the son of the late Pearl and Rosetta Asher Jones. He had worked as a truck driver and auto mechanic his entire life. Carlo loved to garden and do punch-kit, he will be truly missed. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Frances Jones, Charles Jones and Juanita Tigue and grandsons, Carlo Edward and John Edward Jones Lewis. Survivors include his companion of 49 years, Marilyn Rae Ashworth Jones; children, Donald Lee Brumfield and Darleen, Deborah Jones Lewis and Tim, Carla Sue Jones Ranshaw and Douglas, Rebecca Jones Roark and Jeff and Melissa Jones Gibson and Damien; sixteen grandchildren, including Donnie Jones and nine great-grandchildren; siblings, Wanda Faye Jones and Clifford, Randell Lee Jones, Phyllis Marie Smith Fultz and Millard, and David Wayne Jones; close friends and special thanks to, Willa Mae and Tony Smith and Wanda and Levi Shackleford, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
