Buelah Faye Gambrel Laws McKenzie, 64, of Pineville, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Pineville on February 5, 1954 a daughter of the late George Archie and Mossie Hubbard Gambrel. She had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Amanda Hamilton; sisters, Nancy Ann Gambrel, Dorothy Mae Fuson, Ivory Jean Bays, Judy Killion and Darlene Mathis; brothers, Ernest Eldridge and Donald Eldridge. Survivors include her husband, Bill McKenzie; children and their spouses, Carol and Ray Hamilton, Gillis and Betty Laws; grandchildren, Ray Hamilton and Adinna Alcorn; great-grandchildren, Ryanlee Hamilton, Constance Hamilton, Gabriel Hamilton, Skylynn Pierce, Malachi Pierce, Cage Alcorn, Paisley Hamilton, Aria Hamilton and Libby Hamilton; brothers and their wives, James Edward and Naomi Gambrel, Tommy and Hazel Gambrel and Ronald Dean and Ethel Eldridge; special niece, Alice Gambrel; special great-niece, Hannah Taylor and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends. Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lonnie Maiden. Burial will be in the Laws Cemetery, Ingram, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday from 12:00 Noon until the funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the family of Buelah Laws McKenzie.
