Bruce Harold Gambrel

Bruce Harold Gambrel, 75 of Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at the Franklin Regional Medical Center in Frankfort. He was born in Harlan, Kentucky on June 3, 1946, a son of the late Maurice and Nora Lee McPherson Gambrel. He was a graduate of Harlan High School and had worked in construction. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two children, Timothy Scott Gambrel and Cathy Gambrel and sister, Betty Bradford. Bruce is survived by his children, Clark Gambrel and wife, Jessica, Sam Gambrel and wife, Alicia, Terry Thomas Gambrel and Jamie Jordan; fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; sisters, Bobbie and George Pollett and Phyllis Nolan; and a host of nieces, nephew, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 8, 2021, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Don Messer presiding. Burial will follow at the Gambrel Cemetery on Laurel Hill. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Gambrel Family.
