Mrs. Brenda Allen Fortner, age 76 of Harrogate, TN was born July 18, 1942 and passed away Sunday, December 2, 2018.

There will be a gathering of family and friends on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 6PM until 8PM at the Chester Ave. Baptist Church in Middlesboro, KY.
