Brandie Phelps

Brandie Philpot Phelps, 26 of Middlesboro, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born in Middlesboro on March 12, 1986 a daughter of James 'Sonny' Philpot and Deanna Russ Raines. She had been a homemaker. She was a loving mother who enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. She has now gone on to be with her papaw. She was preceded in death by a special great-grandfather, Joseph 'Newt' McGeorge. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Phelps; son, Trevor Phelps; mother and step-father, Deanna and Thomas Raines; father and step-mother, James 'Sonny' and Mary Philpot; sister, Leigh Ann Philpot; brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Tosha Raines; niece and nephews, Devon Womack, Garrett Philpot and Emmalyn Raines; grandparents, Paul and Linda Russ and a host of other relatives and friends.
