Bonnie Bernice (Leach) Pebley

Bonnie Bernice Pebley, 86 of Speedwell, TN, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Tennova Hospital in Lafollette, TN. She was born in Speedwell on June 5, 1931 to the late Roy and Arletta Bean Leach. Bonnie was a life long member of the Speedwell Baptist Church and had been a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Pebley; grandson, Kevin Pebley; and sisters, Juanita, Opal, and Shelby.

She is survived by her children, Carolyn and Jay McDonald, David (Jock) and Darlene Pebley, Jerry Pebley, Mike Pebley, and Cathy and Brian Giles of Speedwell, TN; grandchildren, Jeff, Randy, Rocky, and Sabrina McDonald, Jerome and Jacob Pebley, Brittney Pebley and Cody Pebley; twelve great-grandchildren, Dayton, Jonathan, Breanna, Dakotah, Hannah, Justin, Stephanie, Danna, Piper, Danger, Audrey, and Tristen; four great grand-children; sisters, Billie, Hazel, and Patsy; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 1 at 12 noon at Reece Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Mundy and Rev. Dwayne Baird. Burial will follow in the Cawood Cemetery at Speedwell. Pallbearers will be Jeff McDonald, Rocky McDonald, Jerome Pebley, Cody Pebley, Steve Gray, and Patrick Evans. Honorary pallbearers will be Jacob Pebley, Dayton McDonald, and Jonathan McDonald.
