Bonnie Jean Hurley

Bonnie Jean Hurley, 92 of Pineville, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2024, at the Claiborne Medical Center. She was born in Calvin on January 13, 1932, a daughter of the late Wint and Katherine Hammonds Rowland. Bonnie was a believer in the Baptist Faith and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Pineville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Dorton Hurley; daughters, Gail Mills and Debra Hurley; and siblings, Ruby Rowland Slusher, Arthur Lewis Rowland, Roy Charles Rowland, Glenn Edward Rowland, Henry Lee Rowland, and Dorsie William Rowland.

Bonnie is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be at 6:00 PM on Friday, April 5, 2024, at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Anglin and Rev. Luther Adkins presiding. Music will be provided by Lisa Baker and Angela Saylor. Burial will be in the Pineville Memorial Cemetery on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 10:00 AM.
