Bonnie Hoskins of Kettle Island, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 20, 2013 at the Pineville Community Hospital. She was born in Kettle Island on October 12, a daughter of the late Lee and Lucy Asher Hoskins. She was a member of Calvary Chapel Pentecostal Church. Bonnie was a businesswoman and had owned and operated several businesses, including, Beauty Time, House of Hoskins and Mill Creek Stable. She was a special person to her whole family and will be greatly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Asher Hoskins, Mae Erlene Hoskins, Otis Hoskins and Pearl Vetrano. Survivors include brothers and sisters, Lehman and wife, Genevieve Hoskins, Phillip D. and wife, Phyllis Hoskins, Irene Hoskins and Barbara Hoskins; nieces and nephews, Lee Phillip Hoskins, Mae Elizabeth Beverly, Lucy Smith, Allison Hoskins, Asher Hoskins, Phillip Asher Hoskins, Lucy Marlene Hoskins, Jayne Henson, Zona Beth Fryman, Dale Brock and Dustin Beverly and a host of other relatives and friends. . Funeral Information Services will be Monday at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Chapel Pentecostal Church with Rev. Jack Smith. Music will be by Lucy Smith. Burial will be in the Hoskins Cemetery at Kettle Island. Pallbearers will be Lee Phillip Hoskins, Phillip Asher Hoskins, Asher Hoskins, Dustin Beverly, Dale Brock, Tim Smith, Jim Smith and Tyler Smith. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 6 until 9:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Hoskins Family.
