Birchel Ray Blevins

Birchel Ray Blevins, 49 of Kettle Island, Kentucky passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at the Pineville Community Health Center. He was born in Pineville, Kentucky on March 2, 1972, and was the son of the late Arthur and Wilma Joyce Smith Blevins. Birchel was a believer in the Holiness faith and was an entrepreneur. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Allan Dean Blevins. Birchel is survived by his wife, April Mosely Blevins; children, Samantha Blevins, Katlyn Blevins, Jennie Blevins, Brittany Blevins, John Blevins, Charlie Blevins, Birchel Blevins, Jr. and wife, Harley, Carson Blevins, and Sabrina Blevins; grandchildren, Owen, Bentley, Madalyn, Blakely, Jade, and Noah; brothers and sisters, Arthur Blevins and wife, Dora, Scotty Blevins and wife, Melissa, April Ferguson, Phillip Blevins and wife, Rebecca, Leslie Barker and husband, Scott, Joshua Blevins, and Joyce Blevins; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 15, 2021 at the Blevins Family Cemetery in Kettle Island with Rev. Demus Couch presiding. Pallbearers will be John Blevins, Carson Blevins, Charlie Blevins, Birchel Blevins, Jr., Brandon Mosley, and Charles Mosley. The family will receive friends after 12:00 PM on Friday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to be serving the Blevins Family.
