Billy Ray Smith 53 of Pineville, KY passed away Saturday, December 1, 2018. He was born March 24, 1965 in Pineville to the late Victor and Jean (Mason) Smith. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Earlene Harris Smith and seven siblings. Survivors include his children; son Billy Jonathan Smith and daughter Kayla Smith, sisters; Virginia Middleton and Penny Smith. Services will be Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 5:00PM at Dorton Branch Church of God with Rev. James Griffin officiating. Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, is honored to serve the Smith Family. Memorial Service
