Billy Ray Partin, 73, of Pineville, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at the Pineville Community Hospital. He was born in Four Mile, KY on June 17, 1939 a son of the late Lucille Hobbs Hoskins. He had been a gas station attendant for many years.
