Billy Wayne Parker, age 58, passed away Sunday, August 22, 2010 at his home in Powell Valley, Cumberland Gap, TN after a long illness. Born April 6, 1952 in Middlesboro, KY. He was a surveyor and had a love for the outdoors.
Preceded in death by his
father, John 'Jack' Parker.
Survivors,
wife of 25 years, Sandra Sue Parker;
son, John Andrew Parker;
daughter, Amanda Rose Parker;
mother, Della Parker, Ewing, VA;
sister, Ella (Ray)Evans, Knoxville, TN;
a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services 8:00 p.m. Tue. at Reece Valley Chapel with Rev. Donnie Powers officiating.
Music by Kris Wilburn.
Graveside 10:00 a.m. Wed. in Elydale Cemetery.
