Billy "Hootie" Fuson

Billy A. 'Hootie' Fuson 57, of Pineville, passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at his home in Ingram. He was born in Pineville on January 8, 1960, a son of the late Billy Douglas Fuson and Lillian Jackson Fuson, who survives. Billy was member of Centennial Baptist Church and had worked as a coal miner and electrician, and also in logging. Survivors include his wife, Kimberly Lawson Fuson; children, John Fuson, Curtis Townsel and wife, Sara, and Alicia Love and husband, James; grandchildren, Makayla Cain, Brayleigh Cain, Aiden Fuson, Sophia Fuson, Mason Fuson, Ava Knuckles, Shelby Love, Ian Townsel and Olivia Townsel; brother George Robert Fuson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many, many friends. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Brooks and Rev. Bobby Lynn Fuson officiating. Burial will follow in the Fuson-Lawson-Jackson Cemetery in Ingram with his family and friends serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Sunday after 12:00 PM until funeral hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Fuson family.
