Billy Duncan

Billy Curtis Duncan, 66, of Middlesboro, passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at the North Knoxville Medical Center, Knoxville. He was born in Four Mile on August 9, 1945 a son of the late William Riley 'Bill' Duncan and Myrtle Davenport Duncan Champlin. He had been a coal miner. He had been a loving husband and father. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers and sister, Howard Duncan, Robert Duncan and Lynn Bernice Duncan Johnson. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Linda Warren Duncan; daughter, Kitty Duncan; son, Curtis Duncan; brothers and sisters, Herbert Champlin, Lonnie and Deanne Bays, Ronald Bays, Peggy Champlin and Cora Faye Champlin; sister-in-law, Patricia Goins; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
