Billy Collett

Billy Ray Collett, 35, of Dayton, formerly of Bell County, passed away on Friday, October 19, 2012 in Dayton. He was born in Pineville on October 14, 1977, a son of Lucy North Simpson and Jimmy Dale Collett. He had been a roofer. Survivors include his children, Billy Ray Collett, Jr. of Dayton, OH and Mary Colleen Cowell Collett of New Mexico; mother, Lucy North Simpson, father, Jimmy Dale Collett; sister, Sarah Nicole Lawson of Harlan and a host of other relatives and friends.
