Billy Grant Brown

Bill Grant Brown, 78, of Richmond, formerly of Pineville, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025, in Berea, Kentucky. Bill was born in Pineville on February 5, 1946, to the late Junior Grant and Martha Watson Brown. Bill had served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He also worked in maintenance at the Pineville Community Hospital.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Kay Chadwell Brown.

Bill is survived by; his son, Corbin Brown, sister Leigh (Eddie) Wilson, nieces and nephews, Kyle Wilson, Lauren Hoskins, Wilson, James Michael Brown, Kellie Bullins, Ashley Lunn, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at the Arnett and Steele Funeral Home in Pineville. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Harrogate, with friends and family serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM, until the funeral hour, on Tuesday, at the Arnett and Steele Funeral Home in Pineville.
