Billie Jean (Sullivan) Nicley

Billie Jean Sullivan Nicley, 75, of Cumberland Gap, TN, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024, at her home surrounded by family.   She was born in Monroe, MI on June 8, 1948, a daughter of the late, Bessie Lee Wagner.  Billie Jean was a member of the Monroe Missionary Baptist Church and had been a homemaker. She loved her family and friends and enjoyed taking care of children and the elderly.  She was an avid Bingo player and enjoyed her time playing Bingo.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wyllie Nicley.

Billie Jean is survived by her children, Cheryl Hash, Diane Lester and sband, Jimmy, Scottie Nicley and wife, Vickie and Wyllie Nicely and wife, Mary; grandchildren, Stephanie Hash, Tiffany Hash, Logan Lester, Ethan Nicley, Brandon Nicley, Kaitlin Nicley, Payton Bailey, Megan Nichols, John Jennings, Josh Jennings and Justin; a host of great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, David Wagner and wife,,Lisha, Billy Wagner and wife, April, Linda Wagner, Ginger Wolfenbarger and husband, Ensley; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Services will be on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel with Pastor Dhualton Coffey. Music will be by True Gospel.  Burial will follow in the Harrogate Cemetery, Harrogate, TN at 11:00 AM on Tuesday..   Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends on Monday, March 18, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel, Harrogate, TN.
