Billie Mae Patton, age 81, of Harrogate, TN passed away Thursday, February 18, 2010 in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Harrogate and Worked for Powell Valley High School and later at Cumberland Gap High School. Preceded in death by parents, Herman C. and Sarah Welch;husband, Noah D. Patton, Jr.; and an infant brother and infant sister. Survivors, son, Donald (Janice) Patton, Harrogate, TN; daughter, Carol (Gerry) Hitch, Alexandria, KY; brother, Don (Shirley) Welch, Middlesboro, KY; grandchildren, Noah Patton, Allison Patton, both ofHarrogate, TN, Joshua Hitch, Murray, KY, Deron (Cassie) Hitch, Columbus, OH, Bradley Hitch, Lexington, KY; special friends, Wilma Patton Carter, Li-Na.

Funeral services 7:30 p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2010 at Reece Valley Chapel with Elder Larry Anderson officiating. Eulogies by Joshua Hitch and Allison Patton. Music by Jane Cox. Graveside service 10:00 a.m. Sunday at Harrogate Cemetery. Pallbearers, Noah Patton, Joshua Hitch, Deron Hitch, Bradley Hitch, Steve Miracle, Mike Miralce, and Keith Wishoun. Honorary pallbearers, Dr. Mark Russell, Dr. Roy Ellis, Dr. Vincente Kaw, Dr. George Day, Dr. Robert Thomas, Roger Boatright and Don McCoy.
