Betty Helen King

Mrs. Betty Helen King, age 94, of Bean Station, TN formerly of Harrogate, TN was born November 5, 1927 and passed away Friday, January 7, 2022 at the Ridgeview Terrace of Life Care in Rutledge, TN.

Betty was saved at an early age and was a faithful member and Sunday School teacher at Mooresburg Baptist Church. She was a very kind, caring, and loving lady who taught school for many years and enjoyed crafting.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Robert and Topsy (Williams) Buell, husband; Rev. Felder King, brothers; Lebert Buell, John Buell, Clarence Buell, sisters; Nancy Hightower, Lora Holt and Maxie Taylor, grandsons; Jonathan Ray Littrell, Chester Shawn Littrell, nieces; Debra Holt and Mary Jones, nephew; Frank Taylor, son-in-law; Chester Ray Littrell.

She is survived by her daughter; Jensie Littrell, grandchildren; Tonya Hampton and Crystal Littrell, great grandchildren; Kala, Jacob, Jeff and Tristan, sister; Elizabeth Carroll, nieces; Ava, Teresa, Kathy, Marilyn, Linda and Betty, nephews; Troy, Fred and William. She is also survived by a host of other loving church members and friends.

The family will receive friends Monday, January 10, 2022 from 1PM until 2PM with funeral services to follow at 2PM in the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel with Rev. Dean Buell officiating. Burial will follow in the Harrogate Cemetery.
