Betty Bethel England, 83 of Middlesboro, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at her home. She was born in Granger County, TN on December 18, 1934 a daughter of the late Wylie and Edna Jefferson Epperson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe England, son Ron England, brothers; Woodrow Epperson, RB Epperson, CC Epperson and Glen Epperson, and sister; Ruth Epperson. She is survived by daughters; June (Archie) Brown, Sharon Chumley and Kathy England, special nephew, Bill (Dottie) Epperson, special grandson who she raised, Alan Ellison and special granddaughter, Jodi Chadwell. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 15, 2018 at 5:00PM with Rev. Dale Long officiating.
