Bessie Partin Neal

Bessie Partin Neal, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018. She was born on January 22, 1941 in Little Clear Creek, KY to the late Vantoy Partin and Bertha Hunter Partin. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, James Donald Neal; brothers, Vantoy Jr. Partin, Lonnie Rondol Partin; sisters, Edna Fuson, Evelyn Miracle and Velma Sharp and best friend, Betty Partin. She was the sweetest loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She believed in the Holiness faith. She loved the Lord and enjoyed being with her family. She is survived by the following members of her family: her husband of 59 years, James Neal; daughters, Patty (Herbie) Collins, Debbie (Bo) Mills, Lisa (Ernie) Asher and like a daughter, Donna (David) Asher; grandchildren, Jason (Jody) Neal, Jonathan (Tiffany) Mills, Kevin (Allison) Collins, Shane (Haley) Collins and Michelle Mills; great-grandkids, Braylee and Kolton Collins and baby girl on the way, Jaycee Grace Collins; step-great-grandchildren, Jacob Asher, Brandi, Lucas, Caylee, Braylee and Rachel Jackson, Hester and Gibson Seals; brother, Truman Partin, sister, Lola Partin Ellison; special friends, Frankier and Rhonda Reeder and a host of family and friends. Services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Brother David Asher and Brother Jonathan Mills. Burial will be in the Fuson Chapel Cemetery at Little Clear Creek. Pallbearers will be Jason Neal, Jonathan Mills, Kevin Collins, Shane Collins, David Asher and Frankie Reeder. The family will receive friends on Friday from 6 until 9 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Neal Family.
