Bert Junior Brock

Bert Junior Brock, 67 of Pineville, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at the Pineville Community Health Care in Pineville. He was born in Beverly on November 10, 1953, a son of the late John D. and Virgie Helton Brock. Bert loved the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. He loved to fish, go four-wheeling, and working in his yard. Bert had been a coal miner. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph Brock, Farmer Brock, and Pearl Brock; and sisters, Lillie Brock, Judy Baker, and Lizzie Mills. Bert is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Karen Fuson Brock; godchildren, Amber Hinkle and Candice Miller; sisters, Christine Wilson, Tishie Bailey, and Rosie Baker; and a host of special nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends. Memorial services will be at 4:00 PM on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Miracle presiding. Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Hinkle, Michael Helton, Marshall Wilson, Manuel Brock, Neil Manning, and Orville Baker. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to a charity of your choice in honor of Bert. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until the memorial service at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville, which is honored to serve the Brock Family.
