Barbara Rose Hoskins

Barbara Rose Hoskins, 75 of Hulen, passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center in Barbourville. She was born in the Black Snake Community in Hulen on January 7, 1946, a daughter of the late Clarence and Minnie Jane Snellings Scott. Barbara was a member of the Tugglesville Baptist Church and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Lowell Scott, Sr. Barbara is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, George and Tracy Hoskins, other relatives, and friends.
