Barbara Ellen Carroll

Barbara Ellen Wilson Carroll, 75, of East Jellico, passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at her home surrounded by family. She was born in Harlan on January 26, 1943 a daughter of the late Charlie and Azzlee Hembree Wilson. She had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Danny Wilson and sister, Doris Jean Wilson. Survivors include her husband, Earl Dorce Carroll; daughter, Ardith Howard; son and his wife, Earl and Jodi Carroll; grandchildren, Megan Mayer, Bridgett Miracle, Blake Carroll and Sydni Hammontree; brothers, Lonnie Wilson and Freddie Wilson and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be at 12 Noon Tuesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel. Music will be by Donisha Baker. The family will receive friends from 11 until the service hour at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Carroll Family.
