Arthur Blevins

Arthur Clinton Blevins, 58, of Kettle Island, passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2008 at his home. He was born in Harlan, KY on March 14, 1950, son of the late Ted, Sr. and Rena Saylor Blevins. He had been a Magistrate and had operated a grader for the road department. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Alan Dean Blevins, brothers, William Terrell, Charles Wayne and Shirl Blevins. Survivors include his wife, Janie Denise Daugherty Blevins, children, Teddy Ray Arthur Clinton Blevins, Nannie Rena Blevins, Arthur Blevins, Scotty Blevins, Birchel Blevins, April Ferguson, Phillip Blevins, Josh Blevins, Joyce Blevins and Leslie Blevins, fourteen grandchildren, brothers and sisters, Ted Blevins, Jr., Margie Brock, Calvin Ray Blevins, Rosetta Caldwell, James Edward Blevins, Sr. and Nettie Sue Terrell and husband, Roy and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
