Arshel Trevis Kidd, 69, of Middlesboro, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at his home. He was born in Fry Ridge, KY on February 14, 1945, a son of the late Leaman and Esther Whitlock Kidd. Heserved in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and had been a brick Layer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents and a step-son, William S. Caswell. Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Wanda Caswell Kidd; children, William T. Kidd, Marshall T. Kidd and Shevon M. Kidd; step-daughter, Sonja (David) Withrow; grandchildren, Brittany Wilson, Jessica Kidd and Josh Kidd; step-grandchildren, Christopher Withrow and Matthew Withrow; four great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Paul (Nancy) Kidd; Sharlett (David) Frazier; Beverly (Billy Ray) Ramsey; Tammy Jo Kidd and Michael Kidd and a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a special friend, Steve Emery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 3 until 5 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel with Memorial Services at 5:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Chapel. At Mr. Kidd's request, he will be cremated at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the Kidd family. Visitation
