Arnold C Hunley age 88 of Speedwell passed away Friday, January 14, 2011 at home. He was born Sept. 26, 1922 to the late Will & Axie Partin Hunley. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by 2 brothers, a half brother, sister, 3 grandchildren, and a step grandchild. He was a member of the Red Hill Baptist Church in Speedwell.

Survivors include beloved wife of 67 years - Ethel Hunley, Son- Clayton E. Hunley of Dayton OH, Daughter Joyce Anthony (& Gary) Lane of London KY, Son - Wayne Hunley, Daughter-Carolyn (& Rocky) Steele, Sons - Wade (& April) Hunley, and Steve (& Sharon) Hunley all of Speedwell. 26 Grandchildren, 36 Great grandchildren and 12 step great grandchildren. Special thanks to Claiborne County Health Care, Amedisys Health Care & Amedisys Hospice for their care.

Funeral service -2 PM Wednesday at Reece Funeral Home & Valley Chapel with Rev. Murphy Buell officiating. Music by Rickey Braden & family. Visitation 6-9 PM Tuesday. Burial at Town Creek Cemetery.
