Anthony Glenn "Hollywood" Ealy

Anthony Glenn Ealy, CB handle “Hollywood”, 49 of Middlesboro, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at his home. He was born in Petoskey, Michigan on December 6, 1973, a son of Glennis and Zella Jackson Ealy. Anthony had been a coal truck driver and was a fan of Kentucky Sports and Nascar Racing.

He was preceded in death by his father, Glennis Ealy and brother, Glennis Ealy, Jr.

Anthony is survived by his wife of 19 years, Julie Wilder Ealy; daughter, Makayla Ealy; siblings, Shannon Ealy, Scott Ealy, Darrell Pate, and Regina Lankford; mother and father-in-law, Keith and Lois Wilder; special brother-in-law, Ronald Wolfenbarger; special fur baby, Nettie Rose; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to give special thanks to the Pineville Dialysis Center and to Dr. Loke for the care they gave to Anthony.
