Anita Saylor

Anita Price Saylor, ?Mamaw Tootsie?, 96, of Calvin, passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at the Laurel Manor Health Care in Tazewell, TN. She was born in Arjay, KY on December 2, 1914, a daughter of the late Zolly and Mary France Price. She was a member of the Old Straight Creek Missionary Baptist Church and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her, husband, Cecil Saylor, children, Mary Earl, Orville Saylor, Betty Miller, Iva Lee Slusher and Peggy Robbins, sister and brothers, Fred Price, Virgil Price, Ada Stafford, Maurine Steinhauer, Lola Bryant, Lorine Evans and Gertrude Odell. Survivors include a special sister-in-law who was like a sister, Iris Saylor of Knoxville, TN, son-in-law, James Earl of Covington, twenty-four grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
