Anita Jo Brock Collins

Anita Jo Brock Collins, 54, of Fourmile, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Southeast Kentucky Medical Center, Pineville. She was born in Pineville on November 24, 1963, a daughter of the late Gary Mitchell Brock and Hazel Marie Sizemore Brock. She was a member of Trinity Pentecostal Church and had been a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Brenda Sue Daniels; brother, Gary Michell Brock; brother-in-law, Arnold Collins and nephew, Josh Collins. Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Haze Collins; son, Mitchell Hays Collins; three brothers, Danny (LaDonna) Brock, Paul (Mary) Brock and Terry (Regina) Brock; sister and brothers-in-law, Bronell Mason, Susie Collins, Andrew (Barb) Collins and Johnny Lee (Margaret) Collins; nieces and nephews, Cagle Daniels, Jr., Samantha Michelle Brock, Gary Dewayne Brock, Lucas Brock, April Marie Daniels, Elliott Brock, Logan Brock, Johnny Collins, Jessie Collins, Jason Collins, Jodie Collins, Raylena Howard and Tosha Dillingham and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday at 2:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Hamilton and Rev. Bill Engle. Burial will be in the A.J. Gray Cemetery at Flat Lick. Pallbearers will include, Jodie Collns, Jessie Collins, Andrew Collins, Brandon Howard, John Collins, Andy Collins, Jason Killingham and Dewayne Brock.
