Survivors include: Fiance' of 14 years Gary Eddie Williams and daughter Sarah Marie Williams both of Tazewell. Step mother- Rhonda Kelly Wynn. Brothers- Lawrence H. Kelly of Tazewell and David Kelly (&Tiffany Bowling) of Closplint KY. Sisters- Melissa Kelly and Lee Ann Price (& Don Williams) all of Bean Station, Nikki Hensley (& Tim) of Closplint KY
