Andrew Earl Fowee

Andrew Earl ?Andy? Fowee, 60, of Barbourville, passed away on Friday, April 2, 2010 at the VA Medical Center in Lexington following and automobile accident. Born in Covington, KY on December 5,1949, he was the son of the late Harry Thomas and Nina Elizabeth Earl Fowee. He had served in the US Army during the Vietnam war and had been a funeral director and embalmer having worked for Arnett Funeral Home and Hopper Funeral Home. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers. Survivors include his care giver and friend, Carolyn Leath, her children who adored him as a dad, Donnie Leath of Barbourville and Christina and Gary Leath of Paint Hill; granddaughters, who loved him so much, Katlyn and MaKayla; sister, Dona Gussow of Jupiter, FL, brother, Ralph and Jean Fowee of Troy, AL and a host of other relatives and friends.
