Amanda Ellen Brison

Mrs. Amanda Ellen Brison, age 90, the wife of the late John William Brison of Stinson Drive, Corbin, Kentucky passed away on Thursday evening at the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin, Kentucky. She was the mother of Reda Faye Johnson and husband, Robert of Mansfield, Ohio, Sharon Kay McAnally and husband, Jerry of North Ridgeville, Ohio, Sandra Julie Lewis and husband, Jerry of Wallington, Ohio, Wilma Kathryn Needham and husband, Charles and Sheila Ann Webb and husband, Raymond all of Corbin, Kentucky and Billie Jean Ostrander and husband, David of Grafton, Ohio. She was the sister of Lucy Roper and Phyllis McGeorge both Pineville, Kentucky and Oma Jean Brock of Tennessee. She was the grandmother of Patricia, William, Diane, David, Amanda, Crystal, Danny, Johnny, Paul, Angel, Cassandra, Kenneth, Pamela, Joshua, Jessica, Olivia, Deanna, Rachel and Lindsay. She was also blessed with several great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mrs. Amanda Ellen Brison will be conducted on Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the Laurel Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky. The family of Mrs. Amanda Ellen Brison will receive friends at Laurel Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour of 2:00 p.m. on Monday.
