Alvin Sean King

Alvin Sean King, 47 of Arjay, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at the Pineville Community Health Care. He was born in Pineville on July 31, 1974, the son of the late Jo Ann King. Sean had been a carpenter. In addition to his mother, Jo Ann King, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Willard and Dorothy King; and his aunt, Faye Payne. Sean is survived by his fiancé, Kim Chavez; daughter, Kayla Cole and husband, Derrick; stepson, Paul Chavez; granddaughter, Kabela Fugate; sister, Susan Scott and husband, Lowell; brother, Spencer King and wife, Jennifer; sister-in-law, Marilyn Jackson; aunts, Robin King, Connie King and Jimmy; uncles, Roscoe King and wife, Polly, Robert King and wife, Melissa, Randy King, Timmy King, and Junior King; nieces, Brittany Jo King, Madilynn Scott, and Kirstin Garrett; and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home. Private family graveside services will be held at a later date.
