Allen Burke

Alfred Allen Burke,78, of Little Clear Creek, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at the Pineville Community Hospital Skilled Nursing Facility. He was born in Middlesboro on September 17, 1934, a son of late William and Hulda Brooks Burke. He was a member since 1994 of Fuson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and had been in the recycling business. In additions to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include wife of 49 years and 11 months, Modeen Hunter Burke, son, David and Betty Burke; daughters, Sandra Burke, Teresa and Harold Lee and Debbie Burke Copper; ten grandchildren and twelve great -grandchildren; brother Bill Burke and wife Jearldine; special friends, Brenda Johnson and Teresa Hunter and host of nieces, nephews, other friends and relatives.
