Alex Slusher

Alex L. Slusher, 77, of Calvin, passed away on Thursday, Mach 14 2013 at the Pineville Community Hospital. He was born in Calvin on June 23, 1935, a son of the late Alex, Sr. and Lucy Noe Slusher. He had been a plumbing and electrical supply Salesman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Charles C. Slusher, Kathleen Breeding, Edna Faye Daniel, Marion B. Slusher, Paul W. Slusher and Claretta June Webb. Survivors include his children, Alan Slusher, Deborah Anne Slusher Barnum, Michael Anthony Slusher, Sandra Lou Slusher Pursiful, Darrell Slusher , Jonathan J. Slusher and Alex L. Slusher, II; a host of grandchildren; a sister, Janette Dyche and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
