Alberta Mae Ausmus

Alberta Ausmus age 83 of Speedwell passed away June 23, 2014 at Laurel Manor Healthcare. She was of the Baptist faith and loved gospel music and blue grass. She is preceded in death by parents Al & Nellie Dyer Irvin, husband- Willard E Ausmus, sons- Eddie Joe Ausmus & David Willard Ausmus, and daughter- Lisa K Ausmus.

She is survived by sons: Donald (& Kathy) Ausmus of Ewing, VA, Gene (& Brenda) Ausmus, Ernie (& Brenda) Ausmus both of Speedwell, Daughters: Lavada Ausmus of Speedwell, Christine (& Frank) Irvin of Harrogate, Patricia (& Anderson) Cochran of Tazewell, Debra (& Wayne) Byrge of New Tazewell, Connie (& Greg) Brown of Speedwell and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral service 8 PM Thursday June 26 at Reece Funeral Home with Rev Bill Braden, Rev David Mundy and Kendall Hoskins officiating. Visitation 6-8. Burial 12 PM Friday at Clawson Cemetery.
