Ada Lee Smith, 93, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2010 at the Pineville Community Hospital. Born March 31, 1917 at Kettle island, the daughter of Fred Bush and Phoebe Howard Bush. She lost her father at a very young age and she and her three brothers moved to Pineville. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Pineville, and was faithful in her attendance and would not miss a service or function of the church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Joe Thomas Smith, her three brothers, Elmer Vernon Bush, Fred Howard Bush and Harry Clinton Bush. Survivors include her sons, Robert Lee Madon, Howard Vernon Smith and wife, Vickie, daughters-in-law, Kaye Madon and Jackie Howard; six grandchildren, Renee, C-Lee, Brent, Scott, Kelly and Kim; eight great-grandchildren, Brittany and Alex, Bobbi, Justin, Kayla, Ben, Ashley and Shawn and one great-great-grandchild, Kennedy Peyton, sister-in-law, Florence Roe ?Pokie? Bush and many nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends and care-givers, Vicky Shell and Zella Coffelt. Family.
