The Lord has chosen to call home our greatly loved husband, father, grandfather and brother on July 4, 2007. Shirley Randall Collins was born on May 9, 1943 in Bell County, KY to Shilo and Vernie Saylor Collins. He resided in Speedwell, TN for 23 years and was a former Bell Countian. His greatest passion in life was serving the Lord. He was a minister of the Holiness Pentecostal Faith. In addition to his parents, Randall was preceded in death by a son, Michael Collins, brother, Bobby Daryl Collins, nephew, Daryl Ray Collins, father and mother-in-law, Floyd and Mary Smith Miller. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Wanda Miller Collins; sons, Harold Randall and Darlene Collins of Cumberland Gap, TN; Dennis Anthony Collins of Tazewell, TN; daughters, Teresa and Larry Hensley of Harrogate, TN, Gail Renee Davis of Knoxville, TN; Sheila Denise and James Caldwell of Speedwell, TN and Melinda Kay Collins of Cumberland Gap, TN. He has fifteen grandchildren that he greatly cherished, Randalene Michelle Collins, Rebecca Lyn and Travis Smith, Brandon Harold and Hollie Collins, Nathaniel Larry Hensley, Lance Douglas Hensley, Ryan Trent Hensley, Kevin Michael and Amanda Keck, April Lawanna Keck, Anthony James Caldwell, Jordan Austin Caldwell, Jonathon Adam Caldwell, Ashley Nicole Beverly, Lakeisha Brooke Collins, Tyler Anthony Collins and Dillan Michael Collins. He also Cherished his two great-grandsons, Michael Keck and Isaac Smith; brother Charles Ray Collins of Barbourville, sisters, Brenda and Lee Swain of Middlesboro, Dellene Collins of Middlesboro; sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and David Hensley of London, KY and a host of friends and relatives will also mourn his passing. Funeral InformationServices will be at 11:00 AM Sunday at the Saylor Pentecostal Church at Crockett with Rev. Bruce Bush, Rev. Chris Couch, Rev. Demus Couch, Rev. Wayne Lawson and Rev. Odus Napier. Burial will be in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens, Middlesboro with grandson and special friend, Willie Suttles serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 5 until 9 PM Friday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and from 12 Noon Saturday until the funeral hour at the Saylor Pentecostal Church at Crockett.
