Nettie Dishman Brock Nettie Dishman Brock, 83, of Pineville, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2009 at the Oaktree Hospital in Corbin. She was born February 3, 1926 in Straight Creek, KY a daughter of the late Charles Edward and Ellen Clouse Dishman. She believed in the Holiness faith and had been a homemaker and mother.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Billy Brock, brothers and sisters, Leland, Claude, Kinley and Willie Jean Dishman.
Survivors include her children, Angie and Houston Wolfgang of Pineville, Diane and Henry Saylor ofHarlan, KY, Marie and Leonard Hubbard of Arjay, Norma and Dean Napier of Arizona, Joey and Tammy Brock of ARjay, Alvin Brock and Sandy Dixon of Pineville, Marlin, Jr. and Charlotte Brock of Ferndale, Mickey Brock of Pineville and Ronnie Brock of Arjay; twenty four grandchildren and a host great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Dishman, Jr., sister, Georgia and Lewis Brock and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Information
Services will be at 2 PM Thursday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. George Neal and Rev. David Rice. Burial will be in the Brock Cemetery at Brock Hollow, Pineville with grandsons serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 9 PM Wednesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home, Pineville.
