Mollie Carroll Hopper Mollie Carroll Hopper, 89, of Gray, formerly of Bell County, KY died on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at the Barbourville Nursing Home. She was born in Greasy Creek, KY on September 7, 1918 a daughter of the late Thomas and Laura Webb Carroll. She had worked at Queen City Wreaths as a floral arranger. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Grace Goodin, Sally Hembree, Edith Jones and Myrtle Bays.
Survivors include her children and their spouses, Ed and Shirleen Philpot and Brenda and Paul Begley; thirteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Information
Services will be at 2:30 PM Sunday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Pineville Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
