Wesley Allen and Jessica Nicole "Niki" Ingram

Wesley Allen Ingram, 16, and his twin sister, Jessica Nicole “Niki” Ingram, 16, of Ingram, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2008 in Pineville. They were born in Barbourville, KY on March 17, 1992, twin children of Charles Ernest and Rebecca Jean Smith Ingram. They were students at Bell County High School where they were both members of the Air Force ROTC.

They were preceded in death by a sister, Elizabeth Ann Ingram, grandfather, Charles Finley Ingram and great-grandparents, Ray and Eliza Ingram.

Survivors include their parents, Charles Ernest and Rebecca Jean Ingram, brother, Joshua Ingram, grandmothers, L. Jean Ingram of Corbin and Charlotte R. Smith of California; grandfather and his wife, Wallace E. and Ollie Smith of California; aunts and uncles, David A. and Anna Ingram of Corbin, Larry Smith and Michael Smith of California, Cheryl and Kim Staten of OH, special friend, James Wilson, Jr. of Pineville and a host of cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles, other relatives and friends.

Funeral Information

Funeral services will be held at 8:00 PM Tuesday at Bell County High School Gymnasium with Rev. David Longstaff.

Burial will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Wallsend Cemetery at Pineville. Pallbearers will be friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 PM at the Bell County High School Gymnasuim.
